Welcome to my ePortfolio a reflection of my journey as an educator, coach, and lifelong learner.
This collection represents years of coaching experience, building my business, and completing my Master’s in Organizational Learning and Instructional Systems (OILS) at the University of New Mexico. What began as a graduation requirement has become a space to share the work I’m most proud of.
At the center is my Capstone Project on MGMT 484, UNM’s Advanced Sales course. Over three semesters, I’ve experienced this course from multiple angles—gaining insight into its structure, evaluating what works, and identifying opportunities for improvement. In Spring 2026, I’ll join the instructional team at the Sales Center, continuing this work and refining the course’s design.
Here, you’ll find my independent study project, facilitator’s manual, and comprehensive course evaluation—all grounded in instructional design and program evaluation. This project reflects my belief that meaningful improvement comes from truly knowing what you’re working with.
Earning a 4.0 GPA at UNM, I focused on instructional design, adult learning theory, mentoring, and program evaluation—foundations that shape how I create engaging learning environments. Beyond academics, you’ll see my community work, my business Purple Mulch, certifications, and testimonials from those I have worked with.
Thank you for visiting. I hope this portfolio offers a clear sense of who I am as an educator and what I bring to every learning experience.
